The True Cause of Hypertension, or High Blood Pressure

Share

Today in this video, I will talk about hypertension, or high blood pressure. The medical term used for this is hypertension, one of which is primary and the other is secondary. Secondary hypertension is caused by some disease, for example. But if someone is on kidney dialysis, has any other kidney disease, any hormonal disorder, or has been on any medication for a long time, then this weight can be lost. Secondary hypertension is another type of high blood pressure, also known as primary hypertension or essential hypertension. This is called hypertension; it is also called idiopathic, meaning unknown cause; idiopathic means its cause is not known, and the hypertension that occurs in 95 people is this. In this, it is said to stop salt; it is said that the blood pressure is high because if you are eating too much salt, stop the salt, and in some cases, you are given diuretics or other medicines. Metabolic syndrome, which includes high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high sugar, belly fat, and insulin resistance, is common. Of all these things, and this is very interesting, if you read only about insulin resistance, then you will be surprised to know that high blood pressure is a side effect of insulin resistance, or it would be better to say that high blood pressure is a side effect of insulin resistance. The issue is that this is happening due to insulin resistance. Similarly,  in metabolic syndrome, all these things—high cholesterol, high blood sugar, obesity, belly fat—are  symptoms of insulin resistance. There is increased insulin in the body, but this is more confusing because whenever it is talked about, insulin resistance is not given much importance. It is preserved at the end as an associative factor. It is said that this is a synthmobile. Its example is like this water pipe that breaks due to some reason. If it becomes hard, poisonous substances start accumulating inside it, or its mouth becomes tight, then water passes through this pipe with pressure, and when insulin is high, it also causes sodium retention in the body. The body stores sodium. And due to an increase in sodium retention, potassium gets reduced due to excess sodium. The ratio of sodium and potassium becomes unbalanced. It is important to maintain the balance of both of them, and when there is a deficiency of potassium, it becomes the cause of high blood pressure, and all this comes. As far as insulin resistance is concerned, I do not think that your eating too much salt is the reason for your high blood pressure. The reason for this is the lack of potassium in the body because our body needs 4700 mg of potassium every day, and to get this potassium For this, you have to eat a lot of vegetables or salad every day. If you are not taking potassium in supplements or any other form, then people have stopped eating vegetables, and it is possible that you too are doing the same, but the real reason is insulin resistance. This topic is different from blood pressure, so I will explain it clearly at the end of the video. Then insulin resistance also prevents the absorption of potassium in the body.
