Once you have structured your home, you can be motivated to deal with neglect in other areas of life as well. As I talk about earlier, laziness is often our effort to avoid tough or unpleasant tasks. Ironically, once you start solving them, everything becomes less and more difficult, and you feel less nervous.

Completing work is a reward in itself, but some people are obsessed with external rewards. Concentrate on what you will get after completing something, such as approaching a promotion, or rewarding yourself for outstanding work.
